South Munster Athletics
Day 2 of the south Munster athletics championships took place on Friday last and it was another very successful outing for our athletes. Lily Riordan completed a long distance double as she took gold in the intermediate 1500m. Later in the day, Lauren McEvoy took an impressive gold in the 75m hurdles. There were also fantastic performances by Ciara Moore and Lara o Brien Leahy in the junior 1500m as they finished just outside of the medals. Well done to all.
